In this case, you need to input 2700 to calculate the commission for your order. This is the scenario where the landlord agrees to pay a commission equivalent to one month's rent. If the commission amount is different, it will be adjusted based on the percentage of rent that the landlord agrees to pay as commission. For example, if the landlord agrees to pay only 80% of the monthly rent as commission, the above example becomes: Property source referral fee: 3000 x 80% x 10% = 240; Commission calculation amount: 3000 x 80% x 90% = 2160. In this case, you would input 2160 to apply for the commission. If the person who referred the property and the person found the tenant are the same, input the total commission amount promised by the landlord directly.
